What insurance do you accept?

We accept Cigna and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Currently waiting for United Healthcare credentialing.
Do you accept self-pay or out-of-network?

Yes. We can give you a superbill to submit. Initial evaluations are $300 and follow up medication management visits are $160.
